No Bake Fruitcake
No Bake Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. fruit juice, 1 lb. marshmallows, 1 lb. graham crackers, 1 lb. raisins and 1 pt. jar candied fruit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat fruit juice in pan, over low heat.
Add marshmallows, stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and cool.
Crush graham crackers fine.
Mix crumbs, raisins, fruit and nuts.
Add to the marshmallow mixture and blend well.
Line pans with wax paper, pour in cake mixture, press down firmly.
Wet hands before pressing down cake. This will keep a long time if wrapped in wax paper.
Keep in refrigerator.
