No-Bake Bars
No-Bake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cheerios, 2 c. rice krispies, 2 c. peanuts, 2 c. m&m's and 1 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large bowl, combine cereals, peanuts and M&M's; set aside.
In a saucepan, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil.
Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat evenly. Spread into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan.
Cool and cut into 3 x 3 inch bars.
