Nighty Nights
Nighty Nights is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 2/3 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. chocolate chips and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
(This recipe is to be done right before bedtime.)
Whip egg whites and sugar until stiff.
Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans.
Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto foil covered cookie sheet.
Insert cookie sheet full into the preheated oven.
Immediately turn off oven and leave overnight.
Do not peek! Be sure to remove them in the morning.
