Nick's Beef Jerky
Nick'S Beef Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 2 lb. lean ground beef or venison and 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients together.
Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 4 to 12 hours.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Drop mixture by serving spoon on cookie sheet.
Cover with Saran Wrap and roll into thin patties.
Peel off Saran Wrap.
Dry in 150Β° oven for 4 to 6 hours.
Let door open.
