Nice 'n' Cheesy
Nice 'N' Cheesy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed, 1 1/2 c. cubed pasteurized process cheese spread, 1 1/2 c. cubed sharp cheddar cheese, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and 1/2 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Layer bread, 1/2 of the pasteurized process cheese spread, 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese, mushrooms and remainder of cheese.
Melt butter.
Add eggs and light cream.
Pour over layered ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 1 hour in a pan of water.
