Nice Crust Chicken
Nice Crust Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned (6 pieces), 1/4 c. prepared mustard, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Brush chicken with mustard; set aside. In large shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder and oregano.
Roll the chicken, in the bread crumb mixture to coat.
Place chicken in a large, lightly greased baking pan, meaty side up.
Drizzle chicken with the melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes or until fork-tender.
Arrange chicken on a serving dish and top with sour cream.
