Nibbles
Nibbles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. dry cereal (such as rice squares, wheat squares, oat circles and puffed corn or a combination), 2 c. unsalted pretzel sticks, broken in half, 1/4 c. fat-free margarine, 2 tsp. very low sodium or low-sodium worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. celery flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 275Β°. In a large bowl, combine cereal and pretzel sticks.
In a small saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
Add remaining ingredients except nuts, stirring well.
Stir into cereal mixture.
Add nuts and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a shallow roasting pan.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
