New York Casserole
New York Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced, 1 small onion, sliced thinly, mrs. dash to taste, 2 lb. ground chuck and 2 cans cream of whatever soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
Layer potatoes, onion, mixed vegetables and Mrs. Dash to taste. Set aside.
In skillet, stir-fry ground chuck until it changes color.
Pour off excess oils. Add cream of whatever soup. Mix well.
Pour over first pan. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot with salad and French bread.
