Mix the water, yeast and sugar.
Stir to dissolve; add the oil, buttermilk, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Add the flour one cup at a time, mixing well after each cup.
Cover mixing bowl with a plate or foil and refrigerate overnight or a few hours.
Each time you wish to use some, stir dough lightly; cut off the amount you want.
Knead on floured board or wax paper.
Cut off rolls and bake at 450Β° until brown, about 15 minutes.
