"Never Fail" Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large eggs, 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Break eggs into bowl. Add flour, milk and salt.
Mix well with spoon. Do not smooth out lumps.
Fill greased muffin tin 3/4 full. Put into cold oven set at 450Β°.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Don't open oven during baking and they will "pop up" every time.
