Never-Fail Pie Crust
Never-Fail Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. unsifted flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 3/4 c. crisco, 1 large egg and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together flour, sugar and salt.
Add Crisco and mix until ingredients are crumbly.
In small bowl, beat with fork the egg, vinegar and water.
Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring until all ingredients are moistened.
Roll out dough on floured board.
Will make 2 double crusts and 1 pie shell or 4 pie shells.
