Never Fail Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tbsp. white corn syrup and 1/2 c. sweet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix all ingredients.
Stir until sugar begins to dissolve. Let come to a good boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat well and spread.
Great when used on Hershey Bar Cake.
