Never Fail Fudge
Never Fail Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated pet or carnation milk, 12 regular size marshmallows, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter and salt in a heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over top).
When mixture first begins to boil set timer and continue to cook, stirring constantly for 5 more minutes.
Take off heat.
Stir in semi-sweet chocolate until completely melted.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Spread in a slightly buttered tray.
Cut into 30 pieces.
