Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, oil and nuts with spoon.
Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
With mixer, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 2 eggs and chopped nuts.
Pour over cake mix.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 60 minutes or until top looks like baked meringue.
