Cream together cream cheese, 2 eggs, confectioners sugar and vanilla.
Mix first 4 ingredients together and press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread creamed mixture over first layer. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Top will bubble and brown.
