Neapolitan Pudding
Neapolitan Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (4 serving) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, whipped and 36 vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and water.
Add pudding mix; beat well.
Chill 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 2 cups pudding into a 3-quart serving bowl; top with half each of the wafers, strawberries, mini chips and remaining pudding.
Repeat layering, ending with pudding.
Garnish with additional mini chips, wafers and strawberries, if desired.
Chill thoroughly.
