Navy Bean Soup
Navy Bean Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. dry navy beans, 6 c. water, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sort and wash beans.
Cover with water; bring to a boil for 2 minutes and cover.
Cool for 1 hour.
Drain.
Add water, tomatoes, onion, garlic and celery; simmer 2 to 3 hours.
Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
