Native American Pudding
Native American Pudding is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/3 c. corn meal, 2 c. scalded milk, 1/3 c. molasses, 1/4 c. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add corn meal to scalded milk.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add all of ingredients except eggs and 1 cup milk.
Carefully add eggs. Pour into casserole dish.
After 1/2 hour, pour last cup of cold milk on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
Serve with half and half cream or milk and molasses.
