Nassi Goreng
Nassi Goreng is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. raw rice, 4 tbsp. oil, 3/4 lb. lean pork, cubed, 2 onions, chopped and 2 cloves garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook the rice according to the package directions and set aside to cool.
Heat the oil in a heavy saucepan and brown the meat quickly over high heat.
Add onions, garlic, salt, pepper and spices and saute for 5 minutes.
Add leeks and saute another 2 minutes.
Add the cold rice and cook for a few minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp, ketchup or soy sauce and celery greens and heat through.
