Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned, 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced, 1 c. chopped ham, cooked, 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled and 2 large onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken and dice.
Brown beef.
Chop ham.
Fry bacon. Mix all of these together.
Add beans and corn.
Chop onions and saute in 1 stick of butter.
Add curry and mix well.
Pour into pan with meats and vegetables.
Mix in cooked rice.
Garnish with celery.
Serve hot.
