Nasi Goreng
Nasi Goreng is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 c. grated/chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Brown and set aside.
Saute next 3 ingredients and set aside.
Saute shrimp in oil for 3 minutes and set aside.
For final ingredients, melt butter.
Add curry, salt and pepper and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, then add Minute rice.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Gently stir all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
