Napoli Casserole
Napoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oleo, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, salt and pepper and 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Make white sauce (first 4 ingredients) and add 1/2 cup of cheese.
Cut sausage into small pieces.
Brown in skillet and drain grease.
Add zucchini and onions; cook until clear.
Stir in sauce, noodles and tomatoes.
Pour into casserole dish (2-quart); top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
