Napolean Cream Bars is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in top of double boiler.
Cook over boiling water until butter melts.
Stir in beaten eggs.
Continue to stir until mixture is thick, about 3 minutes.
Blend in crumbs and coconut.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
