Toast the bread about 1 day ahead so it will be dried good. Break bread into small pieces.
Saute butter, onions, and celery for about 45 minutes or until done.
Add all the ingredients together (you should add enough broth to make soupy).
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
