Nan's Turkey Dressing
Nan'S Turkey Dressing is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. raw rice, 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) pan crumbled corn bread, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 chopped onion and 2 bunches green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all together; stuff both ends of the bird.
Bake as directed by manufacturer.
Remove stock from the pan as the turkey bakes.
Set aside.
Will be used for giblet gravy and to moisten uncooked dressing.
When the turkey is almost done, pack the rest of the dressing around the bird.
Moisten with 2 to 3 cups of the stock.
Bake until all is cooked.
When everything is cooked, remove all of the dressing from around and inside the turkey.
