Naimo Bars
Naimo Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 box 10x confectioners sugar, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 2 beaten eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and set aside.
Mix 1 cup margarine, sugar, cocoa, beaten eggs and vanilla.
Cook in top of a double boiler until thickened like custard.
Add graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
Place in pan to cool.
Do not cook.
Just mix cream, 1/2 cup butter, confectioners sugar, milk and cornstarch.
Spread on top of first layer and let stand for 20 minutes.
Then melt baking chocolate with 2 tablespoons margarine.
Pour evenly on top of second mixture.
Chill until firm and cut into squares.
