Nachos El Grego

Shred chicken very finely; add all seasonings.
Marinate 1 hour.
Heat oven to 450Β°.
Line glass pie pan with nacho chips. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese (shredded), then add chicken; top with rest of cheese and add onions.
