Nachos
Nachos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1/3 c. chopped celery, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 large pkg. nacho chips and taco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown hamburger, onion and celery in a skillet.
Add salt, soup and kidney beans to meat mixture and cook for 8 minutes at medium heat.
Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with nacho chips.
Pour meat mixture on top.
Cover mixture with remaining chips; sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 425Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with taco sauce and optional toppings of sour cream, olives and guacamole.
