Nachos
Nachos is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2 cans campbell's nacho cheese soup, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes and restaurant style tortilla chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef; drain.
Over low heat, mix 2 cans soup and 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Add Velveeta cheese.
Add ground beef. Heat until cheese is melted.
Pour over chips.
Add cheese to thicken or milk to thin.
Will serve approximately 20 people.
