Nachos
Nachos is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground lean beef, refried beans (el paso), 1 large can el paso tomatoes and green chilies, corn chips (tostitos) and shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown beef in skillet; drain off grease.
Stir in refried beans.
Pour in tomatoes and green chilies.
Stir and heat all together.
Spoon mixture on corn chips (Tostitos).
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Heat in microwave until cheese is melted.
