Nacho Chicken
Nacho Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 4 oz. diced green chiles (mild) and 1/2 c. chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a bowl, combine soup, 2/3 cup cheese, milk, chile peppers and green onion.
Put 1/2 cup chips in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with 1/2 of the chicken cubes. Top with 1/2 of the soup mix. Repeat layers (chips, chicken and soup).
Sprinkle top with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish edges with tomatoes, black olives and tortilla chips, if desired.
