Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, beaten stiff, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, baking powder and vanilla with beaten egg whites.
Fold in chopped pecans and crumbled Ritz crackers.
Pour into ungreased glass pie dish.
