Mystery Pie
Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. ritz cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray a 9-inch pie pan with Pam.
In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar, baking powder and vanilla, beating until stiff.
Fold in cracker crumbs and chopped nuts.
Pour mixture into pie pan; bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the Hershey bar on top.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate on top.
Cover, by putting in 3 or so toothpicks into the pie, then place plastic wrap over the pie.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
Serves 6 to 8.
