Mystery Pie
Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 c. crushed ritz crackers and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar.
Then add baking powder, crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into well-greased glass pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 350Β° in preheated oven.
Cool, then cover with whipped cream.
