Mystery Pie
Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 20 ritz crackers, rolled fine and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat egg whites, 1 cup sugar and baking powder well.
Add Ritz crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in greased metal pie plate approximately 50 minutes at 300Β°.
Whip cream, vanilla and 2 teaspoons sugar.
Cover top and chill until served.
