Mystery Pie
Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 20 ritz crackers, crushed and 3/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Gradually add sugar and baking powder to beaten egg whites; mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Cool 30 minutes or longer; cover with whipped cream.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
