Mystery Pie
Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 20 ritz crackers, finely crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites stiff.
Add baking powder and sugar gradually. Add vanilla and beat until very stiff.
Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts.
Pour into well-greased pie pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let cool and top with Cool Whip.
