Mystery Pie
Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 20 ritz crackers and 3/4 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Roll crackers with rolling pin until crushed fine.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in sugar, salt and baking powder.
Blend and add vanilla and nuts.
Pour in greased pie pan.
Cook about 30 minutes at 350Β°. Top with Cool Whip and chill.
