Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can condensed milk, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1 large can chunk pineapple, 1 c. pecans and 1 (9 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple; mix milk and lemon juice.
Fold in pineapple, pecans and Cool Whip.
Pour into graham cracker crust and freeze.
