Mystery Pie
Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 23 ritz crackers, rolled fine, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. pecans, 1 tsp. vanilla and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Fold egg whites in Ritz crackers, sugar and pecans.
Then add salt and vanilla.
Pour into buttered pie pan.
Bake at 325° to 350° for 30 to 50 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip and melted Hershey's chocolate.
