Mystery Fruit Cake
Mystery Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box cake mix (white, yellow or spice), prepare and bake, 1 box white fluffy frosting mix, prepared, 1 small box dates, chopped, 1 1/2 c. raisins and 1/2 c. candied cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large bowl, mix the dates, raisins, cherries and pecans. Add crumbled up cake mix and frosting mix.
Mix well until moist. Press into a foil lined buttered pan; a Bundt pan is nice. Refrigerate for 24 hours before using.
Keeps a long time in refrigerator.
