Mystery Dessert
Mystery Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 c. eggs, 1 c. chopped pecans, 2/3 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch glass dish with cooking spray.
Mix brown sugar, eggs, pecans, flour and baking soda.
Batter will be thick.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool 2 hours.
Whip cream in large bowl.
Fold in brandy.
Break cake into small pieces and fold into cream mixture.
Spoon mixture into clean 9 x 13-inch pan and spread evenly.
Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Spoon into goblets.
Serve from freezer.
