Mystery Cake

Mix sausage and hot coffee; sift in dry ingredients.
Add alternately with milk to the sausage mixture.
Add nuts or raisins.
Mix well by hand.
Bake in well-greased loaf or tube pan 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out.
