Made with 1 1/2 lbs. tomatoes, chopped, 8 oz. mozzarella, cut in 1 x 1/1/2 strips, 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 2 tsp. red wine vinegar and 1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix tomatoes, mozzarella, oil and vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let stand about one hour at room temperature.
Mix in basil.
Cook pasta al dente.
Drain and gently mix with tomatoes mixture.
