Mustard Potatoes
Mustard Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1 medium onion, 6 tbsp. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour and 1 1/2 c. stock or 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook and dice potatoes.
Dice the onion.
Melt the margarine and cook onion until limp.
Stir in the flour and add the stock. Cook over low heat and add the salt, pepper and the mustard.
Cook slowly, about ten minutes or until slightly thickened.
Pour over the potatoes and bake about 15 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Especially good with ham, ham loaf or chicken.
