Mustard Pineapple Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken breast or thick pork chops, 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple (juice packed), 1/2 c. dijon mustard and 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Season chicken or pork with salt and pepper.
Saute until golden.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
Blend juice, mustard and honey.
Pour over meat.
Allow to simmer 30 minutes.

Thicken sauce with cornstarch, if desired.
