Mustard Pickles
Mustard Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 12 c. green tomatoes, chopped, 2 1/2 c. onions, chopped and 6 large green and red bell peppers, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine tomatoes and onions; add 3 tablespoons salt. Add enough cold water cover.
Separate container add 1 1/2 tablespoons salt and enough cold water cover the peppers. Let each pan
10 to 12 hours. Drain vegetables and rinse well.
Combine green tomatoes, onions and peppers in large pot and add enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil for 10 minutes (onions should be clear, but not mushy).
Drain; set aside to cool.
