Mustard Chicken
Mustard Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken or chicken breasts, 3 tbsp. melted butter, 2 to 3 tbsp. dijon mustard (grey poupon), 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs and ground pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter and stir in mustard.
Coat chicken pieces with mixture.
Combine crumbs and pepper.
Dip chicken into bread crumbs and place in shallow baking pan.
Do not overlap chicken. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
