Musical Pie
Musical Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. chocolate rice krispies cereal, 1 1/2 pt. coffee ice cream, slightly softened and 1/2 oz. (1/2 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, coarsely shredded (should equal 3 scant tbsp.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a medium saucepan over very low heat, stir together semi-sweet chocolate and butter until melted.
Off heat, stir in cereal (without crushing) until coated.
Turn into buttered 8-inch glass pie plate and spread over bottom and side, not over rim. Chill until firm.
(Chocolate will seep through and make a shiny firm bottom.)
