Mushroom Stuffings
Mushroom Stuffings is an easy dinner. Made with stems from mushrooms, finely chopped, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs and 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham or bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish place chopped stems and onion. Cover.
Microwave at High (10) 4 minutes.
Stir after 2 minutes. To hot mixture add cream cheese, mashing and mixing well.
Stir in crumbs and ham or bacon.
Stuffs 12 large mushrooms.
